Choose a product, click “Add to my project” and specify dimensions, colours and lead times. An advisor replies within 24 hours.

Do you offer B2B terms?
Yes: flexible MOQ, EXW/FOB/DDP Incoterms by destination, and finishes suited to hospitality standards.

What are typical lead times?
Between 2 and 9 weeks depending on the material (zellige, wood, weaving). Lead times are shown on each product page.

Can I request samples?
Yes, for professional B2B accounts: use “Request a sample” on the product page. A contribution to logistics costs may apply by zone.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you receive carrier tracking. For B2B projects, a weekly update is shared.
