Returns & after-sales
These rules are detailed in the General terms of sale.
Right of withdrawal
14 days for non-personalised products. Made-to-order pieces are not eligible except in case of defect.
Non-conformity / transport damage
Report within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and the product. An after-sales file is opened and reviewed within 5 business days.
Procedure
- Contact: sav@yedart.com with the order number.
- Inspection and proposal (repair, replacement, credit note).
- Return organised by YEDART if approved. Original packaging required.
Warranties
Legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects under applicable law. Natural finishes may vary slightly.
