Shipments to EU, UK, USA, MENA. EXW/FOB/DDP Incoterms per quote. Optional insurance recommended.
Lead times
Production 2–9 weeks depending on the material. Transport: 2–5 business days (EU) / 5–10 days (outside EU) after pickup.
Packaging
Wooden crates, high-density foam, reinforcement for zellige and fragile pieces. Europe pallets for B2B.
Tracking
Carrier tracking shared by email. For B2B projects, weekly reporting on production + ETA.
