Terms of use
The terms applicable to purchasing artisan creations are set out in the General terms of sale.
1. Purpose
These terms of use govern access to and use of the YEDART site by artisans, private customers and B2B clients.
2. Registration
You must provide accurate information. YEDART may suspend an account in case of fraud, non-compliance or unlawful content.
3. Role of YEDART
The commercial framework applicable to sales (seller role, purchase terms) is exclusively the one published in the Terms of sale. These Terms of use govern site access and use; they do not replace the sales contract.
4. Orders & payments
Pieces are offered on quote. No public price is displayed. Commercial terms (deposits, Incoterms, insurance) are specified in the quote and in the Terms of sale.
5. Content & intellectual property
Photos and texts provided by artisans must respect third-party rights. YEDART may remove reported content.
6. Liability
YEDART does not guarantee continuous availability of the service. Indirect damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Applicable law
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction for sales are those published in the Terms of sale. This Terms of use page does not create a separate governing-law clause.
